Renault's electric dreams are becoming a reality! Just as Auto Express predicted, when we drove all of Renault's electric concepts last month, the Twizy, Zoe and Kangoo concepts have all been confirmed for production.First up will be the Twizy - a 1+1 city car that bridges the gap between scooters and conventional cars. Production will begin in 2011 at Renault's Valladolid factory in Spain. The
