The Desert Classic Concours d’Elegance will be the first major car event of the year to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Indy 500. In its honor, we will display many of the significant cars that have participated in ‘The greatest spectacle in racing’ over the past century. Many of the rarely seen cars have come from private collections and museums. The classic event also includes fine food and wine, up-scale vendors, music and displays of other collectible items such as watches and art. Moreover, EG Auctions is going to hold an auction of 75 finely restored automobiles, and this event will run along with the Concours on the Mountain Golf Course.
On Feb.25, EG Auctions will offer a preview of the Desert Classic Vintage Car Auction, and the cars shown will be a 1925 Lincoln Model L Limousine owned by Greta Garbo and a 1956 Rolls Royce owned by Cary Grant.
The tickets to the Concours & Auction cost $25 in advance and $35 on the day of the event.
